Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dispatch times

• India: usually dispatched within 4 to 5 working days of order confirmation and payment.
• Export: usually 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the product, quantity, finishing and export documentation.
• Development, made-to-order and FOB orders: dispatched on the schedule agreed for that order.

These are typical times, not guarantees. We confirm the dispatch date for each order and tell you promptly if anything changes.

Freight

Freight is paid by the customer. We share the freight cost or arrange dispatch through your nominated transporter or forwarder before the goods leave. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the transporter and destination.

Export orders

Shipping terms (for example FOB or Ex-Works) are agreed for each order. Import duties, taxes and clearance charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Tracking and receipt

We share the transporter, docket or airway bill details by WhatsApp or email once the goods are dispatched. Please inspect the goods on delivery and record an unboxing video; damage in transit is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
