About these terms

This website (atiglobal.in) and the ATI Ready Stock catalogue (readystock.atiglobal.in) are operated by ATI Global, Chennai, India (GSTIN 33FWIPS7494P1ZB). By using them or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Information on the website

Fabric descriptions, compositions, weights and ranges are typical for each family and are confirmed per quality before you order. Colours on screen can differ from the actual fabric; ask for a swatch where colour matters. The Ask ATI assistant gives general guidance and can make mistakes; prices, quantities and timelines are confirmed only by the ATI team.

Quotes, orders and payment

Prices are confirmed in writing in a quotation or proforma invoice and apply for the period stated there. An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive the agreed payment. Ready-stock orders are paid in advance of dispatch unless agreed otherwise. Taxes (GST) are charged as applicable.

Quality and tolerances

Goods are supplied within standard commercial tolerances for shade, GSM, width and length. Shade can vary between production lots. Claims for damage or defects follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your designs and files

Artwork, tech packs and references you send remain yours. We use them only to quote, develop and produce your order, and share them with partner factories only as far as needed for that work.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
